Big thumbs down, Arby, on the same price shakes that are much smaller sizes as of 2-3 weeks ago. You're no different than DQ now. That's a major disappointment because that's the one menu item you had that kept me coming back consistently and it filled the bellies for those of us on a budget. Big thumbs down.
I know this may not be a problem for some, but for others, it is. I wondered why my fries tasted like fish the last time I went through the drive-through. Yesterday, when I went into the lobby, I found out why. They only have 1 working fryer, so they are cooking everything together, sometimes even in the same basket. The worker said they've been like that for a couple of months. She also commented that the shake machine was broken.
