The ambiance is rustic and old-style themed. A lot of woody vibes all around. I ordered an almond milk latte. I was surprised to see the look was good but taste was a bit dark and too much. The beans were good but tasted burnt. The notes of the coffee were not as sweet as I had thought they would be. Overall, the latte was smooth and velvety but lacked in taste. I would say a few tweaks and the coffee would be better.

Very friendly, local shop with some tasty coffee roasts! Seasonal outdoor seating and strong WiFi, with a park across the

Who writes these reviews?!? Poor coffee, unfriendly service, un-cozy interior. Had 1 bitter latte and 1 weak Americano that were discarded after a few sips. Unfortunate as the location is good. I did not purchase beans due to subpar, uncaring experience. Too many other establishments that deliver good coffee and service to return here.

Cute decor, good coffee, very tasty scones. Soft music in background. Very friendly staff. They have ceramic cups for in-store coffee which many other cafes don't have.

Place discussing. Look at the bathroom. Pee in the wall. Poop in the toilet. Staff there is just rude. I highly do not recommend. The place sucks and it is terrible. The music was to loud. Just don’t go here if you want a code place. Worst place I have been to and I have been to a lot of bad coffee place.

Coffee is very solid, but employees are less than friendly. Met friends along with their babies on a few occasions and the staff made us feel like our babies were unwelcome.

Excellent macchiato... Smooth & creamy. Good to find quality coffee in the burbs.

Bathroom is dirty and always out of toilet paper. No password for Wi-Fi is pretty dangerous these days.

Wish I could say there has beer improvement since my last review. The coffee is still good, however, we asked that my husband's espresso was made after my latte so that his didn't get cold while waiting on mine but that was ignored. Also, there is little in the way of inviting atmosphere including the decor as well as the employees.

Nice coffee shop up in Highland Park. Parking might be tricky at times--I'm not sure what the situation is on the surrounding streets. I stopped in on a gloomy Saturday morning and picked up a chai latte. The restaurant is large but doesn't have a ton of seating. Which for me is ok since I really only grab something to go. They had some intriguing-looking specials but I stuck with my chai and it was really good, a very nice balance meaning it wasn't too suite. I'd return if I was in the area.
