The baristas don't know how to follow simple written directions. In my orders (one order, 2 parts), I ordered 2 drinks, a bagel with cream cheese, and loaded tots. The drinks were double checked by me, oatmilk for both, whipped cream for one, upon receiving them, they both looked black and neither had whipped cream. I always get the watermelon refresher. Love it. Just wish the people serving were more polite. They didn’t even say hello or even talk to me at all. Just took my card and gave me the drink. It really makes a difference.
