The restaurant was very clean and hand sanitizers were everywhere. The customer service was great!! I’m so glad I found them and don’t have to travel the city for jerk. Keep doing a great job!!!“

“I came here around 3 it was a bit busy and I seen the cashier was a bit overwhelmed because she was the only one taking orders at the time. Once she served me my order she had the best demeanor she made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely be back for the food and the customer service. nice atmosphere. “My dining experience here was great, our server was Matt, he was very attentive, made sure our experience was great. The food didn't take too long considering they had a big party going on while we were seated. Definitely recommend coming in here ! And ask for Matt he won't disappoint!“

“I went today…I did not get the name of the person who attended us. I believe he is the owner, he is very nice and welcoming. The chefs are kind with good vibes too. Overall Good vibes. The chicken is not dry, and the friendly fire fries are very well served and delicious. I know a lot of food places get promoted in the city, but I am happy to know that there is a good chicken place here in Forest Park, IL. The food is well priced, and not expensive. “Love the service here. The guy at the front is always cheerful and quick. The wings are amazing. My favorite is the sweet and spicy flavor. Good lunch specials. I got the seasoned fries as my side. They were too thin for me so I'll try the other fries next time.Two suggestions for the team: 1. if you guys can close the bag without using staples as it caught on to my finger while i was handling the bag and 2. I thought the strawberry dragonfruit refresher would have caffeine in it but it's just juice so perhaps not referring to it as a refresher would help the customers who were looking for a little pick me up. Other than that highly recommend this restaurant!“

“I tried the Fire & Grill yesterday for take out order. I ordered 6-piece wings and fries in both Grilled and fried. I can say they were equally very good. Nice size and done just right. Juicy and good flavor with plenty of tasty fries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed me that the grilled wings only 4 were ready and I could wait a few minutes for the other two but offered to give me a leg and thigh in its place if I did not want to wait. I took them up on the offer and the grilled leg and thigh was also very good. I will be ordering from here again. The only thing I would say is that I did not see a bathroom available for those that want to dine in and wash your hands afterwards.“

“Classic diner on historic route 66. Chicken basket was plentiful and priced right. Chicken was the juiciest fried chicken I have ever had, but not the best tasting. Still very good! The sides were off the chain. Great soup, mashed potatoes are a must have and the green beans were homemade. The service was a bit lack luster, but tolerable considering how dining out is these days (post covid). Definitely worth a visit.“

“I mean... it's a mall Nandos. They sat us and told us to order online. We were the ones there. We ordered. A bunch of people came in about 10 minutes after we ordered and they all got their food. We waited. Luckily I had snacks for my kid because our food took about 35-40 minutes to come out.I'd eat here again if I had time to kill because I like Nandos, but I wouldn't bring my kid here again because of the wait.They have high chairs, but there's nowhere to put a stroller that'd be out of the way.“

“One of my favorite fast food places. You basically can't go wrong with any of the menu items.I normally get the spacy delux chicken sandwich. It's my go to.And why not? Finish the dinner with a milk shake.My only comment and suggestion is to make the regular lemonade a tiny less sweeter. It is addicted, but I think it is too sweet.“

“Always good, fresh and hot. The staff are always friendly and serving. Love it! My only issue was I ordered two side spicy tenders with my other orders and what I ended up with a half cooked non-spicey tenders.Other than taking the food out of the grease before time everything else was good.“

“This was my first time at a chick fil a. I went to the drive thru, strange set up, they had an employee outside so I ordered face to face. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was asked if I wanted to add on any sauce. I asked if it came with any and was told it did not, so I asked what sauces they had. I guess she wasn't ready to answer that because she just named 3 and I see they had 7. I asked what the chick fil a sauce was like and I was told "it's our signature sauce" that still didn't tell me much, but I figured I'd try it. I was disappointed that they don't put the sauce on the sandwich, they just gave me 2 containers, but I ate while I drove so I just ate it with no sauce. It was good, but I probably won't be back.“

“So I doordash pickuped this order because I could not remember the name, lol. First of all. I want to talk to my fell doordasher, uber eats drivers, and grurbhub drivers.I am a driver as well on two of these platforms.I am appalled at some of the behavior of my fellow drivers.When I got there the cashier told me to accept the order before she gave me the order.She said that some of these drivers are screen shoting their orders as delivered and taking peoples food. Why? Why? If you can afford to operate a vehicle then find a way to afford food without taking the food from other people. Do not be mad at the people who have figured out either to worth the system, save money, budget, or just dont care but have enough money for that meal.To steal from customers paying you to deliver their food is just inexcusable. And you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am ashamed for you.I ordered chicken wings and catfish combo and a side of mushrooms and buffelo wings with a piece of carrot cake as a desert.I like to order and break the order down into multiple meals. This made three meals.All of it was very tasty. The lemon pepper added is very tasty. I love the mushrooms. They are very high on my list of best places to get breadded shrooms.At first I was a little aprehensive of the wait service. But I have a way of conversating. And it turned out she was aprehensive of me because of the situation of people stealing orders. So I felt like she was my foods body guard and I support her commitment to customer service. You go girl! Thank you for protecting my food until I got there.5 out of 5 I would ear here again.Wheelchair accessibility: One door in and one door out. Both push doors. Not automatic. The counters are above waist height. May need to ask for accomedations to receive food from the window. But there is a door that could be utilized maybe“
