This has been my worst experience at a Wendy's ever. I got a biggie bag and all of my food was over cooked and old. I called the location and the manager, Maria, was very rude. She tried telling me that the food couldn't be old because she's the manager. When I asked her if I could bring the food back after my work shift, she hung up the phone on me. When I called again to get an answer, no one answered: I assume they either blocked or just ignored calls from my number
food is good. equipment is raggedy. why my gift cards never work there. every year for Christmas I get wendy's cards. they never work at the hillside, il location. please either update your equipment or teach your staff how to work the g. c. machine. they always work at the Elmhurst location on york rd????????
