Out of coffee drinks, wouldnt make a hot chai tea, and out of croissants. Incredibly long wait too. If you arent serving most of your menu, what is the staff spending all their time doing?
First off they did not greet me, or say a single thing just waited for me to say my order. The employees looked at me crazy because I said my drink tasted watered down, and if they could add more açaí like it’s so much work. Mind you it was empty I was the only one there. This is why I prefer going to actual Starbucks stores because the employees are nicer. As a past barista i understand dealing with tough customers but I was nice and even said sorry.

The baristas here are absolutely kindhearted. I have a lot of rough days and this starbucks is my go-to since I work on the plaza and they never fail to make my day a little brighter.I've had wonderful conversations and they give the loveliest little things that just make my day, like stickers, notes, and messages.
