“This IHOP is conviently located near the on and off ramps of I-90. The food is good and the servers are nice and professional. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are very small, the size being much more like a fast food place than a sit-down restaurant. This IHOP also gets very busy, especially on weekends, despite there being a lot of dining seating. Therefore, you may have to wait a while for a table during those times. Overall, I think this is a pretty typical IHOP location, and it is a good place to dine with the family or late at night with friends to recover after a long night of fun.Parking: The parking lot is fairly big, but on busy days, it may be hard to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to bring the family if you live in or near South Barrington.“
“Sweet Orange struck me as being extremely well run. There was an appropriate amount of staff and they seemed busy without being stressed, and the place was immaculately clean even after Saturday rush. My server took good care of me, and the food was great. The Belgian waffle has a nice malty flavor. Good coffee, too. Very cheerful place, I'll be back.“
“I've been here about 3 times now, and every time has been a great experience. Fast, accurate, and polite service. They have a pretty extensive menu, so you're sure to find something that's going to please your appetite. And the food is simply good. Doesn't matter if you get breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Everything I've had so far was darn good. I'm going to make sure Mr. A's stays on my normal lunch/brunch rotation.“
“Food is delicious, but on the more expensive side for breakfast. Service once seated and fast and great!However, they will not seat out if you do not have your entire party ready. And EVERYONE will ask over and over if everyone is there and demand it. If they are not counting the amount you had on your reservation, they will rebute it against you. The asking and verifying the party can be done in a more respectable manner.I understand that they want to turn the tables as quick as possible, but the customer service can be applied to make it less aggressive.“

“First time coming here as we wanted to give it a try since we have been looking for a good breakfast spot since we moved out in the area.Came in, at first look was very busy and people were already very friendly.Our server was on point and the busboys were on it with filling coffee and water, plus picking up plates. Even someone who looked like the owner also was checking on us and cleaning etc.Best service I have experienced in awhile.Food was super good as well. Enjoyed a delicious skillet, my husband had a really good skirt steak and my son had a huge omelet.Definitely coming back again.“

Wow Atmosphere!We were in a rush to get to the DMV after a quick breakfast, and Egg Harbor delivered with the excellent service by Liliana!We were in and out (on a Tues. morning) within 35 minutes. Everything tasted great, coffee to go and take home containers were thought of in advance! However, we ate everything and didn't need the containers after all. Super clean restaurant with super employees! Thank you!“
“The service was fantastic at this cute place. The atmosphere and menu were wonderful. The food was pricey and ok. I ordered an extra egg which didn't come and was charged 3 dollars. One child's food came and the other came 8 minutes later.... doesn't seemlike a lot but it's a lot when you are with hungry kids. I am not sure if this would be my first choice for brunchI will go back for a drink though“

“I was a little disappointed with the execution: the hash browns were a little grey and soggy. The poached eggs were basically soft boiled and not runny at all.It was edible, and tasty of course, just not well executed. I probably won't choose this place in the future but it's absolutely fine for a small group and a standard breakfast. The only thing saving this rating was the delicious coffee.“

“From the service to the food, top tier! Not only is the surrounding area cute, but the inside of the restaurant is too! Sunday morning, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated immediately. Our server was attentive and sweet. The food was wonderful and packed with flavor. It came freshly made and quick. So here is my review while enjoying another relaxing lunch here. The food is always good. They are very good at accommodating allergies. The service is also excellent every time. We get Silvina as our server almost every time and she is delightful. The seating is comfortable, music is at the proper level for conversation, and they keep the place very clean. “I came here to visit a friend on a Wednesday. We got seated right away. I've been to other Egg Harbor locations, but not this one. It has the same decor and vibes as the other locations. I got the San Antonio Skillet, which was great, but I wasn't super full afterward. Also, our server did not come to pick up our check after a while, so we had to go to the front and pay. Overall not a bad experience.“

“Just like grandma used to cook!! Place was packed on arrival, waited 5 minutes. Sat near the kitchen so I was able to see everything being served. O man, I wanted everything!!! 2 people ordered enough for 3.5 people. The build your own sandwich did not even have a chance! That was inhaled in 30 seconds (croissant, egg, cheese, sausage patty). The country fried steak came either chicken or beef, went with beef, yum!! Skillet, I look down then looked up, gone! Wait staff was super friendly, from the gentleman that sat us to the waitress that waited on us, all awesome!! Will be re-visiting!!“
