This place is good, close to home but the location is kind of in the cut and not as easy to locate or go into with the traffic; and based off where it's placed. The service is okay but the best part I feel about the place is they normally have all the flavors of ice cream that the other stores don't always have. So I tend to go there first before going to any other store.
I'm not sure why all the bad reviews at this particular DD. I stopped going to the one on halsted before work as well as the one on Dixie and 175th. Those places either got my order wrong or gave me wraps that had been sitting around till they were fossilized. Add extreme unfriendly and rude workers at the Halsted street DD. So I started going to this one on 183rd for my coffee on the way to work. They never get my order wrong and the girls that work there are friendly with smiles....read full review

B-K has probably the best chocolate ice cream ever made. My wife loves it. However, we just came back from Florida and low and behold every Dunkin Donuts who usually has a B-K store inside are all gone. Apparently the agreement with Dunkin Donuts down there has expired and DD has eliminated all ice cream from their stores. You won't find Baskin Robbins in Florida anymore! Great ice cream as always!
