TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! IVE BEEN COMING TO THIS COLD STONE FOR YEARS FOR MY BIRTHDAY CAKE.I bought my birthday cake ( for my party )from here and they not only messed my cake up , but they wouldn't help.The cake they made was to big for any of their boxes and they tried to smash cake into the box and didn't apologeize or call me to let me know the was messed up the cake. Decided to walk to this location for a shake. It was a decent walk, about 2 miles. It was a Friday after dinner and I wasn't the only one with that idea. The place was packed and there was only one person working. Putting together a cold stone order is kinda labor intensive. To her credit though, the lady behind the counter was putting in work. The young lady that helped me was kind. But there were lots of people in and out and waiting that weren't greeted. The store had no lids for the size container I got so the employee had to use foil. And as I looked at the back counter, it was extremely dirty. Although the flavors were the quality I expected, there were a lot of ice chips in my ice cream which really sucked. I see lots of bad reviews before me and hope the store can turn around as I love coldstone.
