Visited the drive through...1st time not seeing someone outside but it was cold and snowing so very understandable.They get a 4 because the person on the mic didn't seem to speak English as their 1ST language so it was a strain to understand some of what they were saying and she had a hard time understanding me. The 4 stars also because they didn't place the cookie in the bag. (Sad face) ? I was looking forward to that treat. The food was good though.
The service seem to be quick and on the point in the Drive-Thru. We did not go inside. Food was overrated and overhyped. I really don't see why people are so obsessed with this place. The chicken sandwich was okay but not worth the price.

This Chick-fil-A location is fairly decent. Customer service is great- most of the time. Definitely appreciate that. One con, please remember to pull aside to check for accuracy after getting your food from the drive-thru. There were a few times that I didn’t. Got home only to find that my burger was missing lettuce and tomatoes or there was cheese added that I didn’t ask for. They really don’t answer the phones much either when you call.
