I walked into this establishment last Sunday Feb 18th to get some donuts and I noticed black spots on the glazed donuts when I approached the counter and when I got closer there were gnats crawling all over the donuts. I told the worker and he pulled out the rack above it to show me and I told him the gnats were below. I then looked up and saw gnats all in the air behind the counter. I walked out as fast as I could. I will never eat here. They are not keeping the food in a sanitary environment.

Food tasted OLD. DO NOT GET sourdough breakfast sandwich. Made me sick and I had to call off work for 2 days. The board of health needs to be called on this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

I live very close to here, so I’ve been going to this location regularly for years, and it has declined a LOT recently. Orders are slightly wrong almost every time (cream/sugar/flavoring in wrong coffees or skipped completely, even if charged for it, given wrong sizes, etc.), and it regularly takes 15+ min in the drive thru for just 1-3 coffees, regardless of if there are any other cars in front of you, or other customers inside. Because it takes so long, I often don’t even ask them to correct/remake my order, because I need to go to work, run errands, etc. afterwards, which is why I’m in the drive thru in the first place. One employee specifically, a balding white man with dark hair, either barely acknowledges you except to say the total, no “hi,” or “it’ll be just a minute,” just complete silence except for “$10.” However, he seems to only to do this when only when we’re with a man, because every time it’s just me or I’m with my other female friends, he will be overly talkative, usually complaining about his job or personal life without being asked, not the typical “how are you today?” type of talkative. I feel bad saying this because I don’t want to get him fired but we have started going to another Dunkin’ because of the general poor service + interactions we’ve had with him. I’ve worked in the food service industry before as well, so I understand the struggles, but this is getting kinda ridiculous, especially with how much the prices have gone up.

This by far is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever encountered. They do not speak English at the window. My food was cold, and they continue to get my drink wrong (it's clearly stated on the cup!). I GIVE UP! I will never ever patronize this place again (Starbucks here I come!). The high prices, old/cold breakfast, rude/poor services, and uncooked DONUTS ?! They told me the DONUTS were delivered like this, it's not their fault. I just want all my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have tried to be patient ? but "THE BUCK STOPS HERE ✋️!!!"

Fat white guy late 20s early 30s (bald spot in the middle) working on 11/5 at 5pm has a nasty attitude. Barely wanted to take my order because he was too busy playing with his kid? In the lobby. Should focus more on customer service and maybe be embarrassed to be working as a donut boy in front of his kid.

Most importantly, I would like to give a shout-out to "John", who was working the counter at 2353 183rd St. at about 2pm on Saturday, October 21st, when I came in. John (or Johan) was so friendly and patient in providing service to me. He listened and solved a problem I had when a flavor I "imagined" wasn't available. He packed my order impeccably and quickly and was just plain kind. Thanks Dunkin' and thanks John!

I went through the drive thru on a lunch break today and tried to use my Apple Pay. Their machine turned off and the cashier informed me of that but made no suggestions. I also asked if I could switch my sandwich to a different sandwich because of a reward I wanted to use and she said the sandwich was already made but offered no solution. I offered to come in so that I could use my Apple Pay at the other register. When the cashier came over to me, I asked if I could have a courtesy cup of ice she said, sorry ma’am I will have to charge you for that. I said well can I have the ice for having to come in after your machine wasn’t working and she said no? I then said, keep the order and left without making a purchase. This Dunkin’ Donuts is very convenient, but this was horrible customer service. Until they can do better I will not be spending my money there. I will continue to visit the Dunkin on Halsted in Homewood instead.
