Went in here today on Sunday, October 27, 2024 to pick up an Uber Eats order and a little black girl cashier in here was trying to act like a boss. Asked me to confirm the order which is fine but then she expects me to show her my phone so that she can see the confirmation. There is no confirmation to show her. Shouldn't she be able to look at her own system to see that the order is confirmed?
She's trying too hard, she's bossy and way too controlling. And, no Uber Eats driver needs her telling them how to do their job. We know what to do.
Zero stars for her attitude.

Stood in line for 40 minutes. There were at least 10 workers..They were so slow waiting on you then people behind me walk up and they just started waiting on them ignoring all of us..Soooo bad ... won't go back to that location.

I came in the restaurant it was a pretty long line I was there about 6 or 7 minutes that wasn't a problem I only came in to get egg rolls I've been there as I said six or seven minutes and the egg rolls were sitting there the whole time I asked if I could get fresh egg rolls made and I was told that the egg rolls that were out hadn't been there no longer than 5 minutes which I've already been here longer than 5 minutes then when I ask could we just have fresh egg rolls made I was told no to me that was pretty unprofessional seeing how I was spending my money won't make a big deal out of it just won't be back there again

Melany and Ana helped me with my order. I accidentally paid with my business card instead of my personal card but the manager gave me store credit for the meal and also didn't have me pay for the meal due to the mix up.

Waited in line by myself for 10 min before some can serve me. For then to tell me 7 more min on food. The store was empty. I don’t know what they are doing a bunch of young kids working there.

The staff is mostly pleasant. Be careful ordering online/app from this location. The employees do not fill the fountain drinks. Instead they have the delivery drivers do it with no gloves or any certainty that the driver washed their hands. Drivers are not trained or paid to do that service no matter how small the task is. It’s also not sanitary

Co-worker found a maggot in her food. When she went back to get her money back, the guy told her it wasn't a maggot but a caterpillar. Why would that matter? There was an animal in her food.
