Ordered double quarter pounder w cheese. When handed sammich , server said quarter pounder, I said it was a double, server then said yes. Took a bite, it was not a double. Went back inside and expressed my situation. Manager handled it properly and quickly. Very pleased with outcome that night, but has happened way too many times.
I dined today when the drive through was very full. I made my order at the self service kiosk and got my order number tent 44 and proceeded to wait for my food. I waited around 30 minutes for my large quarter pounder meal. I asked Daniel when i would recieve my order. He informed me there was an issue with my order showing up. I normally like this location. They have been charging extra for nugget sauces lately. I get a charge if you are getting a lot extra. But a 6 piece should come with 2. I was charged extra for adding a second sauce. I mean 2 nuggets can finish 1 sauce. Wendy's gives you 2 with a four piece so I'll stick to there. Ridiculous.
