$50 for a 12-piece chicken meal is ridiculous I quit ordering KFC because of how expensive it is now and not really practical to feed a family

Ordered extra crispy, got original. Chicken was cold and gross. Biscuits were dry, couldn't even butter them, just crumbled apart. Fries were cold. Waited 10 minutes for order and only drove 2 minutes to home.You would think food would have been hot. Last trip to this gross place! Will travel the 30 minutes to popeyes.

Placed are order in drive thru yesterday around 7 pm they had us pull forward big order then they pulled three others forward and after 20 to 30 mins waiting lady brought food out but she went to different car instead of asking whet they ordered she just handed bags to them we set there then she came to us and try give us one bag food when we had 1 bucket chicken then 8 price chicken two boxes baskets and 3 mash potatoes three gravy and 3 cole slaw now be more one bag she look around walk to window then came back she gave are food to different car because she didn't ask them what the ordered so we have set through it all again waiting well now we got hour are better wait.Sometimes think got have college degree to do fast food cause no common sense
I'm not even sure what the fries taste like. Just a strange flavor. The crispy chicken sandwich was good. Most employees seemed like zombies. One woman working in the back clearly is holding this place together.

I ordered my food before I left my house. It’s a 20 minute drive to the store from my house. When I arrived at the store they claimed that the order just came through even though i was watching the current orders page the entire drive. So I had them start the order when I got here, since it wasn’t already done, and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I waited the 20 minutes and went back inside just to have them tell me that I still have 15 minutes left on the chicken. Not to mention the staff was rude to me in the beginning. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a kfc.

Their was no wait line in dining area,but you sure did have to wait for service. I am not pleased about the cole slaw what happen to their creamy cole slaw ? On this visit it was so dry and had a hot bitter after taste and I asked for all dark on two 3 piece dinners and I received 2 dark pieces and 1 white piece and my all white 3 piece dinner had 2 white pieces and 1 dark piece ..... SMH ☹?

I am in a town that is between Jacksonville and Springfield. I am not familiar with the Jacksonville area so I always go straight to Springfield to run errands and get the things I need.I normally go to the drive through of any KFC in Springfield. Anytime I have ever gone inside to any of them, I have found them to be dirty, the employees are usually loud and disrespectful to each other or even customers. I have often time questioned the integrity of my food.Monday, May 15, 2023I have been finding my way around Jacksonville lately and decided to grab dinner for the family. I have a family of 8 and I hate goi n through drive through with big orders so I decided to go In this time (into Jacksonville, Illinois location on Morton Ave)To my surprise the place was very clean!!! The employees we very calm and collected. I came in at a busy time and everyone had a great line of communication!!! I was very pleased with my visit. Mary was the acting manager at the time. And she had an amazing crew! I will definitely make this my permanent store !
