Left a review a couple of weeks ago ….. was not satisfied with the person who took our order. Went back and the service was so much better. Food was fresh and staff was friendly. It’s always clean.

Their was no wait line in dining area,but you sure did have to wait for service. I am not pleased about the cole slaw what happen to their creamy cole slaw ? On this visit it was so dry and had a hot bitter after taste and I asked for all dark on two 3 piece dinners and I received 2 dark pieces and 1 white piece and my all white 3 piece dinner had 2 white pieces and 1 dark piece ..... SMH ☹?

I am in a town that is between Jacksonville and Springfield. I am not familiar with the Jacksonville area so I always go straight to Springfield to run errands and get the things I need.I normally go to the drive through of any KFC in Springfield. Anytime I have ever gone inside to any of them, I have found them to be dirty, the employees are usually loud and disrespectful to each other or even customers.
