When I go to Lucy's I don't get a joyful or fun vibe. To me, I get a gloomy vibe. A couple staff members I have met are amazing, they clean the machines after every use, they offer you a drink the moment you walk in, and are very kind and pleasant. A couple other employees are total opposites, they don't welcome people or offer drinks. One employee has never cleaned a machine of the time her and I have been there at the same time.
