THE PLACE was DIRTY!! the counter was greasy and nasty with ketchup, all the tables were not cleaned, we had to clean our own, the bathroom was FILTHY, and they served my friends uncooked cold fries!! I got 7 onion rings for $2.99, 2 of the kioskis had "out of order" signs on them I wont be back !!

I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender with a coke however they gave me a root beer instead and didn’t even give me my chicken tenders. My husband’s order was fine and he got his food but all I got was my fries and BBQ cup.

Love the food here but the service is awful. There’s hardly ever customers in the drive thru with us or in the restaurant when my family and I go pick up food, but it always takes an extremely long time to get our food. It’s typically about 15 minutes when we go through the drive thru now. This last visit was horrendous. We noticed they raised the prices on the meals we usually order, but who isn’t raising their prices at this point? It’s just disappointing since this was usually our go to place for an inexpensive dinner for us and the kids. But they brought us the wrong food twice when there was only one other car behind us. We had to have waited at least 20 minutes. I wanted to complete a customer survey instead of just coming on here and leaving a negative review but were never given a receipt when we go. I grew up coming to this Steak ‘n’ Shake and loved it but I think after today it’s time to find a new place for when we want burgers.**Update. We just got home and our order was wrong again. My husband got a plain steak burger instead of the bacon double steak burger he ordered.

Going through the drive through takes a long time even if you order just a couple things. Very long waits later in the day. I do like their onion rings, fries, and shakes though as a vegetarian.Vegetarian options: They have a few sides as vegetarian (onion rings, fries, etc.) and shakes, the rest of the menu is mainly burgers

Ordered 2 Grilled Cheese sandwiches, each with fries and a drink in the drive-thru. Asked for pickles on the side.Received 2 sandwiches barely cooked with pickles on the sandwich instead of on the side. A very simple order and that couldn't be done right. Workers don't seem to care and were not attentive at all, customer service was a joke. A waste of $20, avoid this location at all costs. It has gone downhill throughout the years unfortunately.

Used to like it more when you would be able to order food with person not with Kiosk. Miss using coupons as well. Very lonely to dine in almost feels as if it were closed.
