Great, family-friendly service. I came here with my kids, so that was top of mind. The food was delicious, and I was glad that they asked me about the spice level instead of just making it bland. My kids ate without reservations. I recommend the kid's boxes for the kids. It's a great combo for the little ones.

I’ve been a regular here for about a year and have never had a negative experience. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the food/drinks are super yummy. The portion sizes are also perfect. I bring a lot of my friends here as well, who would also agree!
Sooooo good, that’s all I got. I got the Tokyo and upgraded to level 1 spicy and it was just perfect for my tolerance. Would 100% come back next time I’m in the area.

Aodake has a sister restaurant: a sushi and steak house in Romeoville. The Lagrange location is Ramen focused entrées are $13 to $19; it's great for a casual dinner out or lunch. We tried the Octopus balls appetizer; Octopus is diced up and combined with a dough, then deep-fried. Served with dried binoto flakes (tissue paper thin shaved fish with an intense umami flavor). The heat from the fried balls makes the flakes move in an almost life like manner. The Kaisen, a chicken and clam broth with scallops shrimp, calamari, and a seasoned (marinated in soy sauce) soft-boiled egg, is a refreshing unique option. Chicken Paitan is a more traditional chicken soup with vegetables and seasoned egg. Customize any Ramen, Undon, or Rice Bowl with 30 different toppings from a variety of mushrooms, tofu, shrimp, and chicken. The spice level is also customizable from 1 chili pepper level to three.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian appetizers, ramen, Undon, and rice bowls.Kid-friendliness: There were several tables with children and the menu had 10 items on the kids menu.
I ordered takeout once from there. The spicy chicken Ramen was delicious. I will definitely order again.

Every dish we try surpasses our expectations. Absolutely have to try the Taro Thai tea w passion fruit BobaAnd the heat level is no joke and I love hear so take it easy start low. My fav was Tofu Buns. You'll want a double order. Service was a little slow first time but food came out so quick it was almost forgotten. Went back again and the The two ladies were killing it. Order after order as the kitchen cranked em out. Small unassuming but casual and comfortable.

After moving out from the city I finally decided to try a ramen place out in the suburbs assuming I'd be disappointed. Boy, was I wrong! I ordered the tonkotsu black ramen and my partner got the spicy garlic tonkotsu ramen. They made sure that he was ok with the heat level before putting in the order. We also shared a sparkling yuzu sake, and got a tempura cheesecake to go. Everything was 10/10, I'll definitely be going back soon!Vegetarian options: Good amount of vegetarian and vegan options.
I recently dined at Aodake Restaurant, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The food was excellent, with flavorful ramen that hit the spot. My only small gripe was that I wished they had been a bit more generous with the garlic. The servers were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. I also loved the cozy atmosphere, complete with anime on the TV and fantastic decor that added to the overall charm of the place.
Loved it awesome ramen and great Appetizers such Takoyaki etc , overall great food and plus they have bubble tea'

For sure there's a lot of Asian restaurants in LaGrange. In a downtown alley is another one. Aodake is a cafe that specializes in ramen and noodle entrees. Go at lunch for the specials and get a bowl for a pretty good price. They even have a few vegan choices including miso ramen. Came at lunch and we were cheap. It's the best time to get something from here. There's quite a few of the lunch specials. It's about $16 and there's a lot. The one I got was the Spicy Veggie Miso. Hot shit it was for certain. This was vegan miso broth topped with jalapeños, seaweed, tofu, and soft vegetables. Really felt the heat in it. The regular spice level is enough for most. Great selection of ramen and other noodles to choose from. It's certainly better than the packs you cook in a microwave. There's plenty that's okay for vegans and vegetarians.
Aodake is a nice enough ramen spot, with very good broth, just chewy enough noodles and a decent helping of toppings. The portions are a bit small, but perhaps this is intentional. The menu is diverse and has plenty of veg/vegan options which is much appreciated. Also, the spicy ramen has actually got some bite to it. Service was solid and the atmosphere comfortable.

Worst Asian fusion soup I've ever had. Huge chunks, two circles of chicken and barely any broth. My wife went 25 mins to pick this up and neither of us could eat it. I would advise any other location for Asian fusion style soups. The picture is how it was served for take out when she got home and we opened the 2 soups before attempting to eat it. Horrible.

I came into eat with my husband to get out of the heat. Five minutes of siting there and we both started sweating. I requested the nice waitress to turn the air down. She told me she was not allowed to adjust the air temperature (76). It wasn't the waitresses fault, I know, but who in their right mind thinks 76 degrees is okay for people to feel comfortable?! We could tell the waitress was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. The owner should be ashamed of themselves having their staff in such heat!! Just imagine the poor chefs!!!! I will NOT be coming back to this place. I do not want to support a business who treates employees like that. My waitresses service was wonderful and suggested really good items for me but I feel so bad for her. Shame on the management!!
