I’ve been a regular here for about a year and have never had a negative experience. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the food/drinks are super yummy. The portion sizes are also perfect. I bring a lot of my friends here as well, who would also agree!
Aodake has a sister restaurant: a sushi and steak house in Romeoville. The Lagrange location is Ramen focused entrées are $13 to $19; it's great for a casual dinner out or lunch. We tried the Octopus balls appetizer; Octopus is diced up and combined with a dough, then deep-fried. Served with dried binoto flakes (tissue paper thin shaved fish with an intense umami flavor). Great, family-friendly service. I came here with my kids, so that was top of mind.The food was delicious, and I was glad that they asked me about the spice level instead of just making it bland. My kids ate without reservations. I recommend the kid's boxes for the kids. It's a great combo for the little ones.
