“It's been awhile since I've been in the area. Had to stop out. Layout is the same. The place remains under the same owner as far back as I can remember. Staff is very friendly. The food is delivered quickly, the portions are above average in size, and they even do stuff like serve full pickle spears instead of cheap thin slices. Overall a solid entry into a pretty competitive market (Lake Zurich). I'll be back soon.“
“The menu and taplist are great! Something for everyone! Plenty of vegetarian and carnivore options, most beer styles well-represented. Lots of local gems on the tap list, amazing selection of bottles and top shelf whiskey wall, and superb specialty cocktails. Great service-Real good people.“
“Zin is a place that we don't visit often. The food is decent enough, but an extremely limited menu. The service was slow on a night where it wasn't very crowded, and I would say our meals were above average but definitely not something that I would recommend as a must go to. It's a decent place to meet friends for a cocktail maybe a couple of appetizers really more than anything else.“
“Great casual spot for lunch on North shore of Lake Zurich (across the street, but good view of lake). Indoor and outdoor seating. Large bar with good selection of beer. Turkey club sandwich was easy with large helping of turkey. Fish and chips also very good.Kid-friendliness: Kid menuWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp“
“It's a sports bar with good and we are not into bars or sports...so the atmosphere isn't our preferred space- but the food (especially chicken limone) is fantastic. We prefer the onion rings over the toasted ravioli. Not because the latter is bad, we just prefer the rings. Since we're not bar folks and don't drink alcohol, sometimes it feels like service pays too little attention, but not always. That depends on the night and the server's.“
“Matt, the owner, is a personable and knowledgeable individual who runs a beautiful establishment that offers a unique blend of old world culture and language. The server, Brandon, is respectful and efficient, making the experience enjoyable. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including lobster bisque, Caesar salad, steak tip sandwich, shrimp cocktail appetizer, and chocolate crusted ice cream. The bathrooms and kitchen are spotless, and the decor is eclectic, reminiscent of Italy, Spain, Greece, or Armenia. Some patrons may be clueless about the style, but the establishment is an Iconoclastic destination that would make a habit or tradition. The only downside is the lack of a nice cot for napping after a delicious meal. Overall, this establishment is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the rich history and culture of the old world.“
“Sat outside with the bees who kept trying to drink my beer. I had the tator skins, not bad and done beer that was scrumptious. Was the half way point on my bike ride and was a perfect spot with a great outdoor view of the lake. Will definitely be back! Super friendly staff.“
“Best tasting burger I've ever eaten, and trust me I've enjoyed alot of burgers in my day. All natural fries are amazing. Also if you dig it, I recommend trying the poutine. So so good. Service was excellent. Food was cooked fresh and fast. I will be back very soon! Thank you for spoiling my taste buds. ?“
“We used this location as a meeting spot to interview a potential wedding planner. Very clean and quiet Culver's restaurant. The restaurant staff was not quite as accommodating as the Waukegan-Fountain Square location, but we received what we ordered and enjoyed our time there.“
“Great service the moment we stepped in.They were so kind and welcoming. The brisket was so tender and juicy. The sauce i used ( they have 5-6 house made sauces) the sweet and spicy sauce, which paired perfectly. Tiny tiny kick with the nice tangy sweetness.I also tried their ribs, which were just melting in the mouth.“
“Delicious breakfast with a humble interior. I liked their patio area, but the inside also has a charm of its own. The benedict with grits was much better than I expected and absolutely filled me up before I could even think about the pancake. Still I took my leftovers home because it was that tasty :) Best part of all? Intelligentsia coffee to go with everything. Thanks for the great service! -AT“
“Not sure why they are only a 2.5 rating but this place is great!! We had the boneless wings and chopped salad. Both were delicious. The bar was pretty crowded for lunch time. Our bartender was super attentive and kind. Love the atmosphere. Will be back!“
“The service was amazing Kevin the manager made sure I was quickly seated and served by the fabulous Kimberly who was nice and patient with my group and got our appetizer and drinks out and quick and was quick to grab our main course and the food the was fantastic and it tasted like it was family made and with care would recommend this place to anyone and everyone 100/5 stars“
“I joked to my friends that I want to be the GM of this place, and in my interview I would stress that I have zero ideas for change, I bring nothing new to the table, and would strive to keep everything exactly as it is. This place is perfect and I would drive up to Beelow's over any steakhouse in Chicago. I love a classic restaurant doing things the old way, and the food and service are genuinely fantastic.“
