Clean with the quality food I expect from Panera! But mostly, phenomenal customer service. There is a young man named Angel here who goes above and beyond to give amazing service. He is so pleasant and helpful every time I visit. Today saw him go out of his way to bring food to an elderly couple. He is a treasure and you are lucky to have him!

This review is for the Lake Zurich location. The food was fine, but the drive thru for online orders is horrendous. I ordered online, I received a text that it was ready, and then I got in line. When I got to the pickup window, no one came to the window. I honked, still no one. I called, no one answered the phone. When someone ordered in the line behind me, they finally came to the window. They thought I was the guy behind me. Grrrr

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered 2 chicken avocado melts to go. Once we got home, we realized neither of the sandwiches had any chicken in it! Competency level zero. Gave them a call no answer. Gave them a call again,a different Panera store picked up and said that they get calls from the Lake Zurich location transferred to them and had no way of transferring me to the Lake Zurich location and mentioned to me that that specific store is horrible at picking up the phone. So instead of making a quick call about fixing the mistake, the only way for a customer to do that is to physically go to the most awkwardly located plaza AGAIN and waste the time for them to fix their mistake. The replacement sandwiches were below sub-par. Had maybe a drop of the chipotle sauce. Bad quality sandwiches at this location. Lost a customer.

This specific panera in lake zurich is the worst panera I've ever ordered from. They always mess up my orders. Once, it's alright. but over 3 times is frustrating. If you like getting your order messed up, then order from here. They don't check it before they give it to you. Please get better service it's terrible!
