I was suffering from a hangover earlier that morning, and a friend suggested I order a Specialty drink called the “ Hangover “……AND IT WORKED, I started to feel better INSTANTLY.The whole staff looked fit and healthy which led me to inquire about the nutrition aspect of the shop. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the products sold, and how to lose weight!! I will be returning!“
“I am a huge fan of Top Tier Nutrition. It’s a wonderful little place, locally-owned and operated. The staff is always super helpful. They enjoy crafting and serving anything from their extensive menu of fresh, healthy, and nutritious offerings. I was blown-away by the taste and quality. “Been here a few times. The inside is a nice aesthetic and there's plenty of parking. I spoke to Justin who I believe is the owner and he was super patient and friendly! They have a large assortment of delicious flavors for the shakes and teas. All the shakes are made with protein if I'm not mistaken and are really tasty and healthy! I have tried the peanut butter and banana, captain crunch, pumpkin(pumpkin cheesecake I believe), and the Incredible Hulk. Very delicious and filling! I purchased one of the teas for my mother a while back and she liked it. They offer other protein options like protein waffles if you're looking for a more filling option with that added protein! Justin is super knowledgeable about the proteins and estimated calories if you're concerned about that too! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back, especially since I found out they have a promotion running on Friday and Saturday for medium shakes!“
“What an amazing find in the middle of the charming Whiting downtown! “Main Street” vibes and right as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two lovely team members, kind and helpful and when I told them it was my first time in and asked for suggestions, both were knowledgeable and able to articulate so well!I ordered the super unique pistachio protein shake…so wonderful! Great texture, unique flavor and actually massive! I was so full after and it took me a long time to finish, great from first to last drop!I also tried their protein bites and they were super tasty, really quite filling as well.In the back of the location there is a fitness studio, where they were setting up a Christmas market! I met with the owner and she is simply amazing…cares about her guests, product and vibes of the location, someone who is truly proud to be part of the community…..we need more of this throughout this wonderful country of ours!Will I be back? “I’ve gotten meal prep on and off for weeks at a time for myself and my husband and I love it. If I might not like some on the meal plan I’ll supplement with meals that are in the walk up freezer inside the store. Wraps I’ve had are good, kids meals are good. They have protein coffee now which is pretty tasty too. Try it out!“
