If they sold the spicy cashew dressing I would buy it by the gallon, it's the perfect mix of creamy, sweet and spicy. The layout of the restaurant is super open, and the huge windows let in a lot of natural light. I usually camp out at the sweetgreen after lunch and respond to emails/do work from the spacious (usually empty) tables.“
