When you have that opportunity how can you not be great. I should go there more, I do every time I am in the neighborhood, even if its just to get some cookies. Old world bakery just what you would expect.“

“It’s no surprise that there is are all 5 star reviews. One of the best cakes I’ve had. I planned an office event in February highlighting black owned businesses and last minute found this bakery. I came towards the end of the day so the only thing available was a frozen cake. I was definitely skeptical but the cashier said it would taste just fine once let it sit out a bit. It was so moist, it was amazing. 10/10 that was a frozen cake so I can only imagine what the fresh cupcakes taste like.“

“This place is adorable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We ordered a lemon and a banana pudding cupcake and both were fantastic. The white cake is so soft and fluffy and moist. The cupcake was so fresh and had great flavor. I love that they offer puppy cupcakes as well. They have the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life. “I contacted Sweet Neecy’s for a custom heart shaped cake with ONE days notice! I fully expected them to say no, but they said yes and they came through!!! It was beautiful and absolutely delicious! Exactly what my daughter wanted for her birthday!! We also got a few cupcakes, those were bomb too.“

“I saw the bakery sign and quickly parked the car. Upon entering, I saw that the bakery cases mainly held cookies, bars, and cupcakes. Not a huge variety, and more specialized with huge sandwiched cookies, macarons, large bar cookies. I opted for a Raspberry crumb bar and a chocolate cherry macaron decorated to look like Santa's belly. The bar cookie was huge; about 4" x 5". It had a deliciously crisp base, and you could taste the butter. It was filled with a thin layer of jam and a lovely crumb topping.The macaron was another story. The cookie itself was great. Light, airy, and crisp. The filling, however, tasted like white wedding cake frosting. It totally overpowered the macaron base. Made my teeth hurt. Total regret.I'd be interested in trying the cupcakes.“

“I've heard this store from my friends and decided to check it out. I ordered strawberry cream cake flavor for my son birthday. The store about 12 miles from my home and it's in the heart of the Danada square in Wheaton. I was surprised how friendly staff were and they are just focusing on cake only. The cake was very moist and a bit too sweet. In my opinion, if they can reduce the amount of sugar in a half, that would make the cake better. I will definitely come back to try other flavors.“
