The definition of a mom and pop shop. Classic theming and it’s clean. Yes a bit outdated but I didn’t hesitate to chow down. I had the tuna melt, classic presentation and taste. I also had mozzarella sticks which also tasted like traditional mozzarella sticks. Food is simple and heart warming nothing feels heavy or oily.

We always have great service here. It’s my wife’s and my go to spot. It’s like cheers but with out the beers. JR is amazing and cooks up some mean food. He is very friendly and waves and say Good Morning as you walk in. They shows dedication on Thanksgiving my wife and I wanted to stop by for breakfast. We called ahead of time but they were closed. JR called me back because he was doing some cleaning to the place and said sorry we are closed for the day but noticed a missed call on the Caller ID. Right at that point hit massive brownie points for me. I can’t forget about the servers they are great to!! Always quick to fill up your cup of Joe or any drinks. They also have a very positive personality. Thank again for all your hard work!!!

Cheap, delicious homemade breakfast made by JR himself. Server was cheerful and welcoming. A few regulars it appeared as mostly everyone was welcomed by name. Will be back.

Very sweet staff, even the cook thanked me for coming. Good typical bowling alley grub, nothing special.

Honest food cooked by a pro at the grill, JR himself, served by caring and attentive servers and priced as fair as fair can be. For a down-home experience, give JR's a try.

Don't let the appearance fool you. This is a classic hole in the wall joint inside of a bowling alley. I have been here a few times and the food was always delicious and the prices more than fair.

I 99% have biscuits and gravy when I go out to eat. This is the place! So much so that they will run out of gravy, every weekend. The wait staff is sweet. It is a diner, don't come in expecting sparkling water and gluten free.Although they may.....

A diner in a bowling alley. We've been coming here for years. Affordable and friendly staff. The breaded tenderloin sandwich is the best anywhere. So is the gravy on biscuits and chicken fried chicken.

Excellent service, great food! Super casual small diner restaurant with an attached bowling alley. Easy to get to off the main drag with a big parking lot. My breakfast was served promptly and hot. Very filling and excellent portion sizes. Good coffee as expected, with the server topping off cheerfully every now and then. She was super attentive, patient, and friendly. Very homey and familiar vibes with all the retro by-gone Chicago sports decor posted up or displayed on shelves. Several diners appeared to be regulars as they greeted both the cooks and server warmly. This is not your typical over the top, crowded, American breakfast chain restaurant with all that hustle-bustle chaos- and I'm glad to say that is exactly what gives it its charm. There are only a few places like this around! If you want a good breakfast with a hot cup of coffee in peace and quiet, this is one of those spots.

Love the breakfast here the service was excellent as well. I know it's just a breakfast place but the food is really good.

A bowling alley may seem like an unlikely place to have breakfast, but don't knock it til ya try it. We grabbed a lane and were told we can have the food sent right to the lane, how cool! My husband ordered a steak and cheese omelette and I ordered the bacon and eggs which came with hash browns and toast. Both of our meals were so yummy! The bacon was thick cut and cooked well and the hash browns were perfectly crispy. We can't wait to come back again for a newly discovered outing "brunch and bowl."
