Wonderful service and people! I was given a gift card by my sister after a surgery to help me with meals during a hard time. This service was extremely helpful being able to just go to the door and pick up a fully made, healthy and delicious meal; ready to heat up and eat. After recovery, the food was so good, my whole family wanted to continue ordering. The convenience also helped give us a little break from cooking in these overwhelming days. Highly recommend this service for yourself and a gift for others!

I’ve been using this service for several months and they are very receptive to feedback and always do an excellent job. Not only is the food delicious but their customer service is top notch. Situation tonight: my meals were stolen (I live in an apartment building). The office was closed when I called so I sent an email. I got a phone call half an hour later. They already spoke with the driver who confirmed where it was delivered. And they went above and beyond to rectify the situation THAT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

After 5 years of Meal Village seeing this senior citizen through the pandemic they basically said these last 2 months by ignoring directions and comments about their customer service that they no longer want my business so reluctantly i will part ways with them. One of the absolute worst experiences with customer service of my 70 years.

Called me for a interview I came and did a application .no call, no text ,or email about the hiring process .I’ve called to check in on my part many times and basically no response I don’t understand why would you make it seem like you’ll hire me but then I received no responses maybe it’s because discrimination played a big part in this however I hope you got exactly who you needed to cover this job if I could give 0 stars I would gladly do that very unprofessional

Great food but customer service is the WORSE. I had a friend that wanted to try them. The food was 1 1/2 hours late, when she called she was on hold for 1 hour then hung up. She tried to use her new customer coupon and they refused it saying it expired. The customer service person was very rude. I will continue to use them cause the food is good and cooked for me but I won't recommend them any more.
