The Art of Good Eating Reviews
Amazing event! We celebrated my sister’s 60th birthday with a fun brunch cooking class. The food was great & the lessons were fun & educational. Best of all, though, was Tom Moskos. He was such a great host & coach. We made French toast, sous vide eggs & bacon. We also made a salmon plate with potato latkes. For dessert, we finished with an apple bake over ice cream. Not only was the food great, the atmosphere & entertainment was the topper. All should partake.
