Guy working today as I type is non personable and I will not be back. A Hello and pleasant attitude go along way. My wife said thank you and he didn't respond and turned away. Ignorant.
This is the second time I have been in the Lockport Store and the Employees have No Enthusiasm and are Somewhat Rude. The Smoothies are excellent. That is the only reason I gave Three Stars. Definitely need work on their Customer Service.

The only reason I am giving this location 3 stars is because the smoothies and bowls are good, but the customer service is terrible. Every time I've been in this location, the staff seem so stressed out doing their job. They complain about having to do their jobs and how busy they are...it is not welcoming environment and at this point I can live without their smoothies.
