This location has went down the drain, it lacks proper management, and staff can be rude even at drive up, I would suggest going to the Culver's in Wheaton, for exceptional service besides food.
Very friendly staff! Mom's favorite place out of two we frequent. She likes either the fish Cod or butter burger. (Panera is other 'coz of broccoli soup.) I just have to remind myself to ask for senior discount.

Dyanna (I hoped that I spelled her name right), was very professional, friendly and a joy to see. She greets with a smile, is eager to help and told me about the coupon for kids' ice cream. She was so friendly! Its good to see this type of customer service, nowadays. I visit Culver because my grandaughter likes the grilled cheese. She loves it now, because of the ice cream coupon. Our visit was very pleasant. The food was fresh and the bathroom and dining areas were clean.
