The good news is there is lots of free parking! My visit was less than stellar. A business trip - room had no body wash and appeared unprepared. My schedule changed which meant a early departure- as this property is independently managed- the flexibility is non existent. Westin insisted there would be a charge for the final day even if I departed early. Lesson learned--stay at a different hotel that accommodates business travel.
Friendly check in and for those with elite status you can get here pretty early. Standard restaurant, market place, and WiFi on site. The only down side is that it's an a mixed industrial area unless that's your thing. About a $35 Uber ride one way from ORD (Airport). Internet is pretty fast and no registration needed. Plugs aren't all messed up and the air quality is pretty good compared to other Marriott areas.

This rating is only for the Resort Pass aspect of the hotel. My two sisters and I each paid $25 for a Day Pass to use the pool last week. The pool itself is large and was clean. Hot tub, too. But the locker room didn't have a door so folks in the hot tub could see you change. And then there were only two bathrooms inside the locker room. Each with one shower, however they were freezing! No hot water. We tried both the men's and women's bathrooms- both so cold! There are no amenities...read full review
