Severely disappointed with tonight's attempt at ordering a pizza. My wife waited on the phone for 15 min on hold before finally driving over while staying on hold. When she pulled in, now 25 min on hold, she saw the employee sitting in her car with the phone inside the building off the hook. My wife began to tell her how wrong it was to not answer the phones and your employee went off on my wife screaming about her ear infection and how she just had 4 orders come in at once...read full review
