We often order from Rosati's Lombard for our office Pizza Fridays. The pizzas always arrive on time and piping hot. This week, we tried the cannoli for the first time—yum! I love placing my order with Tom. He is one of the most efficient order-takers I've ever encountered. Five stars all around for service and delicious food.

Ordered a pizza from here through Door Dash. Pizza came like it was completely laid on it's side with all toppings in the end of the box. Call Door Dash...nothing they can do except give me $5.00 which doesn't even cover the driver tip.***UPDATE**The owner of Rosati's Lombard called me the next day and sent me another pizza at no charge to make up for the Door Dash issue. I was very appreciative of that and happy with the response and resolution and great customer service!

This restaurant at best is average if anyone gets sick it wouldn’t surprise me since I see the back staff answer the phone and manage money then go directly back to work (with or without washing their hands). I only order here when family is over, The quality of the pizza is not consistent I’ve ordered and sometimes my pizza is made perfectly and other times the cheese is oozing out and it’s not good, I’m wondering if they change employees a lot? sometimes they know what well done means and other times they don’t. They are very over priced compared to their competitors but I’ve heard that Tom loves to Haggle so he always ends up bringing the price down to where you are satisfied. I guess as a once in a while place it’s good but as a consistent thing I don’t recommend.
Ordered 2 large various toppings thin crust , made perfectly. Taste one of the best. Very friendly and fast service at pickup. Look forward to next order.

I've lived in the Chicago area my entire life, and there's no shortage of pizza places -- but I wanted to leave a review for this particular Rosati's in Lombard, because their service is always a slice above. My Italian family has always enjoyed Rosati's pizza, and my elderly Italian mother is an especially huge fan. Every single time we've ordered from this Lombard Rosati's, they've gone out of their way to make sure the order is absolutely outstanding. The pizza and pastas are always piping hot and freshly made. They never skimp on the sauce or the toppings -- and when we've ordered catering, the portions are always beyond generous. My mother's family immigrated to America from southern Italy many years ago, and it's just awesome to watch her face light up whenever we walk in with Rosati's. She says it reminds her of her childhood, and there's no greater compliment than that. Thanks to everyone at Rosati's in Lombard for making our celebrations so special.

I call in ask do they sell slices of pizza and was told yes I went to go buy a slice of pizza and the guy gave me an extra slice just for doing business with them that was really sweet of him. I appreciate it.
