Cute bakery located in a strip mall. The place was busy but we were able to get a large table and chairs to fit us all on a Saturday night. Multiple different options from the Bakery but our favorite was the ras malai tres leches. The gulab jamun cheesecake was still missing some sweetness. We've ordered birthday cakes for parties and always are reliable and have awesome late hours of operation. Give them a try!

Cute little bakery in Lombard with a wide variety of fresh cakes and pastries. I purchased a chocolate mousse cake to-go and it was delicious! Small seating area inside to the right of the register. Excited to go back and try something from their coffee menu.

This is my first time going here and my last time. I went there to place an order for a cake for our 20th anniversary and also buy some cakes and other stuff for my family, but end up leaving with nothing. I came there around 5:50 pm. They seemed a little busy, so I left. I came back around 6:30 pm and asked the cashier that I want to place an order for a cake. She directed me to someone I believe she was the owner or manager. She was doing a job interview and told me that it will be couple minutes and for me to have a seat. I waited for a while and it was 6:50 pm. It was clear then that this person did not care or want my business. If that was a customer I understand, but you are doing a job interview. What kind of example are setting to you workers. ? You could have paused the interview and took my order or bring along the new employee and showed her customer service while taking my order. I was in customer service during my college years and this is NOT customer service. I got up and left. Will never come back here.

Overall experience is good but do be careful when I was ordering some sweets I asked the cashier if a certain product has gelatin (deriving of animal bones most the times it’s pork) in them one of them said no the other one said she would go and ask came back and said yes this does have

This place had been on my Yelp list to try for sometime. Positives Plenty of parking as it's located in a strip mall Long hours. So many bakeries have short hours. They are even open in the evening. Lots of fun and tasty treats. I had a latte and raspberry Danish. They plated and warmed up my pastry. The shop is larger than it looks on the outside. Plenty of seating. Room for improvement It did take a little bit to get our food and drinks. For 2 coffees and 2 pastries it was about $25.

Very cute Cafe with nice ambiance but expensive for the price. We tried cake pops, cheesecake and some pastries. They were decent but on the sweeter side.
Freshly make sweets and for affordable price. Got a key lime tart, ferrero brownie, tiramisu macaroon and a s'mores macaroon. Super flavor tart, zesty and the marshmallow on top was okay with it. The marshmallow went well the the brownie. The ferrero did a great job with the brownie. Brownie was super moist and the macaroons were super favorable. Also ordered a hot chocolate and tasted great not watered down

They made a beautiful variety of mini pastries for us and they were both lovely to look at and delicious to eat!They called ahead to make sure it was a good time to deliver and to make sure that I had space to refrigerate them before serving them at our event. Overall, this was a great experience and we will order from them again!

Sweet reserve is fantastic place for quality drinks and dessert. Their karak chai and white mocha coffee are delicious! Also, every cake jar I've tried has been moist, fluffy with the perfect amount of frosting. Me and husband go out of our way to stop by here. The staff is always very sweet and on top of cleaning/serving customers. Definitely recommend!!
