Ok let me start by saying they have one of the biggest selections of non-alcoholic beers. Service was absolutely amazing and the server was very knowledgeable of what they had in stock and what was not in stock. Being that we were there for Saint Patrick's Day they informed us that they did have green beer and they can make any beer green but it would be food coloring. I highly recommend it if you just want to come and hang out here for one beer or make it your daily hangout.

Food is usually good but each time we have gone to eat here the service is slow and not overly friendly. If you aren't in a hurry to get anywhere within the next 2 hrs this is worth a shot.

Food was good until I bit into a hard piece of plastic, about the size of a dime, in my nachos. Manager came to our table & apologized, said she was comping our nachos AND giving us a gift card because we did not want anything to-go, when she offered. The waitress gave us the gift card, & I put in my wallet to save for another time. We continued our stay & paid the check/tip in cash because it wasn't the waitress's fault, what was in our food... We got home and checked the gift card: ZERO DOLLARS! WOW. Guess we won't be back after all.

I've been to Rascal's a few times - mostly when they had a band playing. This time I was just meeting someone, it was a Sunday night, and probably was only 10% full.As I was waiting for my guest a very nice server came over and asked if she could do something for me. I explained I was waiting for someone and pointed to a table I was considering. She said, "I recommend sitting at this table here next to the fireplace." I looked and agreed with her. It was the perfect location!We never ordered any food and only had one soda and one water in 2.5 hours. The same server was very attentive noticing when our glasses were near empty and asking if we would like a refill from time-to time.It was a great experience, with no pressure to order or hurry. I will be back - probably when there is a band, but I'm comfortable there any time.
Patty melt was outstanding! Recently had a patty melt at Burger Local in Geneva for $18. That patty melt was really good, but this was amazing!

It seems they are always understaffed. The staff is friendly and they try but there never seems to be enough of them to really cover the crowd. Tuesday night bingo is the best though!

I have been going here for well over 10 years. Always one of my favorites for live music on weekend prior to covid. Still great value compared to many places in the area. Their happy hour appetizer deal is a real treat. Good variety of appetizers and regular menu items to choose from. We always enjoy the food & enjoying sitting by the fireplace on colder days.

Got here at 12 for a Bears game. There are 12 people here and only 6 eating. In that 1 hour We ordered potato skins. At the 40 minute mark we got the ice cold skins that we had to send back. We are now waiting for the burgers we ordered. We totally aren't coming here again. We might eat lunch by 3. Hahaha ha what a trainwreck.

Fast service and the food is good. I had the French dip and liked it. The cheese curds are good as well. It looks like they have live music often. There are slots games there. There is room for tons of people. The drinks are pretty inexpensive too.
