Only worked here 2 weeks and I can say this is one of the most unprofessional, uncomfortable and lackadaisical places I've ever had the displeasure of working for and I mean the WORST. Never have I ever been cussed at, lied on or reprimanded for things that were basically hear-say and that is true NEPOTISM. From being screamed at for asking for clarification on false reports to being reprimanded for not saying "hi" to 1 employee that I don't even work with is mind boggling. Especially for only being there for 2 weeks, please heed this review before working at a place like this, they have no sense of due diligence or order and it shows tremendously.

Quality of the food has gone downhill. Especially breakfast sandwhiches. They use powdered eggs now, terrble texture no flavor. Vending doors stick and rip you off. Been waiting on a refund for over a week. They put garbage food in there knowing if someone didnt pack a lunch theyll eat it. I. Definitely done with Canteen.

Terrible service ! we are lucky to get our machines filled once a week not to mention the poor selection of items. They make big promises but fall short all the time.

Such great customer service. I had an issue with my account. Antonio was stocking and he took the time to answer my questions, provide me with contact information and followed through to make sure it was resolved. I called the number Antonio provided and received a call back from TJ within minutes. TJ was able to fix the issue so quickly, it was very impressive. Great food. Reasonably priced and convenient. Exceptional customer service.

Canteen has been a part of UPS now for a few years in our cafeteria. They just got a new system and now we check ourselves out. With the pandemic still happening I find this highly unsanitary. For us to scan our item is one thing to limit cross contamination but for all of us to be touching a screen to check ourselves out is a bit ridiculous. Taking my money elsewhere unfortunately.

Everything is overpriced. You can buy a whole carton of eggs for a dollar but these guys want to charge 3.50 for two hard boiled eggs. The prices are absolutely a scam.
