Machesney park store was super dirty. ordered a bowl and got not even a full scoop of rice, maybe a half of meat, tried to charged for double meat. $20 would make sense if you actually gave full scoops. can't even do the online feedback as it takes you to some 3rd party site that asks you about your household instead of the actual store visit. ridiculous

Just ordered and saw that they charged me for a steak and chicken bowl when I got two chicken bowls. Not the first time they’ve charged me extra for things. Also one of the associates that started the order had some attitude.

Saw a big piece of clear plastic floating around in the black beans when I was there tonight, nobody removed it.Also, found a big ol piece of bone in the carnitas that almost broke a tooth, so that's cool.Not going to this location again. Also 13 dollars for a burrito? And why goes guac cost 2.65 for a dollop? Avacado are like 80 cents.I'm probably done with Chipotle tbh.

I love chipotle so much, I go there everyday, I get a chicken bowl with queso sauce and I love it. everyone greets me with a beautiful smile and always so nice to me and I just want to thank the mangers for doing their best job making the restaurant experience better.

I never and I mean NEVER write reviews for anything. As someone who works in the food service industry and once was a Kitchen Manager for Chipotle (at this location). I was HIGHLY disappointed with the service. No smiles, No joking around, No sense of wanting to be there. Just dead eyes starring you down when you order. Makes customers feel unwanted, especially when they roll their eyes becuase you asked for a topping and they put the wrong one on your food becuase they're not paying attention.I understand if there was a rush or a line out the door and you're trying to make the line move faster (I've been there). But there was only 4 or 5 people in line including myself.Food is only one half of the businessCustomer Satisfaction is the other.I would hope this location will do better in the future with the customers. Food is usually always great so no complaints in that department.

I really don’t know what’s the standard of food measurement is but my chicken bowl is very less than a half and they charged me 14 dollars for that, I told her double portion of chicken also I told I need more veggies but she seems to be so scared to put it and it’s so horrible
