I've been to this location multiple times and it has always been a good experience. It's honestly my favorite location in the Rockford area. The food is always made right and the staff is friendly and pleasant. I can't say the same about the other locations in Rockford. Keep up the good work!

This place is a joke everytime that we order from here something is wrong. This used to be a good place but now it's just ruined. You have to wait an hour for your food. Only thing that's is freaky fast about this place is how it went down the drain.

This review is for the awesome manager that was there at lunchtime today. The staff was swamped with both online and in-store orders; the busiest I have ever seen them! The service was slow, as it seemed they were short staffed or probably training new staff. But, the manager kept apologizing to people in the store (and some on the phone) and, most impressive, encouraging his employees and thanking them for his efforts. It was great to see! We had three orders in our group and one wasn’t exactly what she ordered (hence the 4-star rating). But the manager saved the experience for me!

The experience keeps getting worse and worse. This has been my local Jimmy Johns for about two years and the experience has gone down hill. When I walked in the manager gave a dirty look as he sliced meat. No greeting what so ever from any of the staff. The guy who took our order was extremely rude. Then when our sandwiches were ready they forgot our kicking ranch the guy slammed our ranches down on the counter. We were treated like I was the biggest inconvenience for coming in. I did not realize coming to local sandwich shop and spending $30 for two sandwiches was such an inconvenience for the STAFF. Also I highly recommend not using their bathroom. Absolutely filthy. The staff there tonight seemed to do the bare minimum. Mind you I use to work at a Jimmy Johns and it is clear they do not follow their job descriptions. 10/10 do not recommend this store unless you want some attitude on the side of your sandwich.

Had a previous issue with an order. Next time I called they remembered the issue and went above and beyond to correct my order and be sure I was satisfied with their service.The manager Hunter, was extremely polite when I placed my order today. Also Zander went skrt skrt to make sure I had my sandwich FREAKY FAST! He was also very nice when he dropped off my order.Thank you North Second St Machesney Park location! We will be back! :)

After ordering, they force you to pay a minimum 15% tip unless you navigate around in the credit card processor and manually enter $0 while the clerk is watching you. This tip culture needs to stop. $28 for 2 sandwiches after 15% is sad. I love Jimmy John's but I won't be eating there for a long time. Also they got our sandwiches wrong.
Ordered at 8:10PM, it said "out for delivery" at 8:24PMI live very close, so I called at 8:57 (since they close at 9) when they still hadn't turned up. The assured me they'd be here "any minute"So I waited until 9:20 and called (shocked they answered)They couldnt offer me any explanation to where my food is, just offered to send more... TOMORROWNot cool, man
