This review is for the awesome manager that was there at lunchtime today. The staff was swamped with both online and in-store orders; the busiest I have ever seen them! The service was slow, as it seemed they were short staffed or probably training new staff. But, the manager kept apologizing to people in the store (and some on the phone) and, most impressive, encouraging his employees and thanking them for his efforts. It was great to see! Had a previous issue with an order. Next time I called they remembered the issue and went above and beyond to correct my order and be sure I was satisfied with their service.The manager Hunter, was extremely polite when I placed my order today. Also Zander went skrt skrt to make sure I had my sandwich FREAKY FAST! He was also very nice when he dropped off my order.Thank you North Second St Machesney Park location! We will be back! :)
