“I just popped in for a light bite to eat and a drink. I had the natchos and jalapeno poppers. It was good. Atmosphere is like a combination corner pub and cafe. Family friendly. Service was excellent, attentive, friendly,and the barmaid/waitress was awesome. I had a couple of 7&7s and she made them just right. I'll definitely go back. I'm told the tenderloin special a couple days a week is well worth ordering. I'm only 20 minutes away so I may pop in again Sunday. The waitress was so pretty, I may go back sooner. ?”

“Great little bar. Not a ton of space but plenty of clean and working slot machines and full bar. Bar top area and a few tables so room for your group. Everyone was friendly, including the staff. Recommend stopping by if you're looking for a relaxed bar with your buddies.”

“Our first time here. We had the BBQPork sandwich - very good- moist and well seasoned. It came with a garlic bread stick which was excellent. Our side was a tossed salad with tomatoes, lettuce and croutons added. Wish we lived closer.”

When I order online and they happen to have just ran out or online wasn't updated they will surely give you a call and express their deepest apologies for the food product being out. Most of the time they offer free cookies, who doesn't like free cookies?”

“Small town vibe, locals support ! Loved this place. We sat in the front window area but seating stretches all the way to the back with several different options. Genuine people, solid tuna/ chicken salad croissant sandwiches. Coffee is solid, Dagon Mocha was a treat! I so appreciated the kindness I received upon my last visit while waiting for the courthouse to open. It's only a 2 min walk from there. Will be back again!Kid-friendliness: My son was so excited to see that there was candy inside the human sized M&Ms. What a treat!”

“Quintessential pool bar with the loosest machines in all of Pekin. The Wednesday tacos are amazing and the staff is attentive and will never let you go thirsty. The owner is the friendliest person and makes sure every single individual who enters his establishment leaves with a great impression.”

“Ribeye sandwich. Don't really need to say much more. Delicious and cooked late to accommodate my schedule. The staff will make sure you are taken care of. Large banquet room with pool table bags and its own jukebox to be separate from the main bar. Machines for the gambler is us private and well maintained. We love it there”

As much thought that went into the rest of the menu I would think the quesadilla would of got a little more love. Other than that keep up the good work!”

“Food was good. Service was great. Wish there were more options. There was no side of pancakes offered to order. The skillet I wanted to try was specifically worded "served as is" but I wanted to tweak it a little. Enjoyed overall.”

“Went with some friends on Wednesday night for Wing Night and was not disappointed. Ordered 10 mild wings that were crispy and had heat, but not much, and that's how I like em. Drinks were competitively priced, and the bar tender was super friendly. Great place with good atmosphere. Will be back this weekend to the band.”

“I and a handful of friends used to go there every Wednesday when they were serving their all-you-can-eat chicken - it was the best ever (not just saying that). One day they said that they stopped making it but indicated that they would start doing it again soon. That was 4 years ago. I would love to see it make a comeback (or share the recipe).”

“Interesting thought, reviewing and rating a bar like this. It's a great little dive bar to visit. Inadequate parking and seats but the atmosphere is good. That's the reason people go to places like this. Mostly well attended by local folks so you will meet a lot of regular attendees there. I haven't tried the food but have good reports of everything being good. There is beer in the cooler and music on the juke box, mix in a little game of pool and shuffleboard and you're set for the night.”
