“I was in town for a baseball tournament and we stayed at an Airbnb nearby. We went around 9:30 on a Saturday morning, it was busy but we were seated within a few minutes. Our server was very friendly, the food came out fast & hot, was delicious. For 4 of us to eat/drinks, it was only $41! Definitely would go back to this little gem.“

“Our waitress was very attentive and patient. We came in with a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and she took us in her section without a problem (there was another waitress that would not take on our party when the hostess asked). She checked on us frequently, the food was great, and overall great experience.Edit: We visited last Saturday and I cannot remember the name of our waitress. She was an older lady with brown colored hair.“

“Decent food, waitresses were pretty slow in getting to tables and checking up on you. Took a little time to get someone to take my order or even get a drink. Once she arrived she was friendly but seemed to be overwhelmed by a not that large crowd. Maybe she was new? Worth a stop back though as it seems to be a decent place.“

“Food is good, clean restaurant, plenty of variety, something for even picky eaters. Everybody we encountered greeted you with a smile. BUT... our Waitress was phenomenal!!! “Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich for take out. Fries were a little cold but I kind of expect that because of the time in the drive. That being said the fries were still really good and flavorful. Can't think of many times that I enjoyed cold fries in my life so I'm sure they're ten times better when you eat them there. The sandwich was also super flavorful and the bread was really soft. Alot of places rely on the cheese and onions to flavor a Philly cheese steak but not this place. I read some of the other bad reviews and it looks like a lot of people just bent out of shape over personal feelings but in my opinion the food is really good especially for the Kankakee area where there's not many good options.i also tried my husband's traditional wings which again we're really impressive especially compared to the food options around here.“
