“Dinner was excellent we started with oysters and then had the crusted whitefish with capers and a great sauce and Shrimp & Broccoli with a cream sauce. We had a very nice bottle of white wine. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Our server Moira was terrific.“

Which made it easier for me for sure! The food truck just outside was a great compliment for the whiskies served. Lobsters were awesome too! But the weather was at its best. Windy for sure - but then we are used to it in Chicago ? It is quite out of the way to reach this place. But connoisseurs would appreciate the effort to reach here. There are a whole lot of new structures coming up all around this place - by the top organisations in the world!!“

You would think a skillet came in one of those cute little plates like most places, this one came on a plate looked like they cut up heat and serve gyro meat and threw some craft cheese on top of it and boom here's ur skillet. “We've ordered pizza from Sam's over 10 years and it has always been great. We moved so we've had to come in and dine in our last 2 trips. Our last experience wasn't great but maybe they were just having an off night. We called the order in and someone taking it wrote it down wrong. It takes over an hour to make the pizza even though we called it in 20 minutes in advance. We asked for the pizza well done. So it got to our table under cooked and missing toppings. It just was very bad and not edible. We drove all the way out here just for this pizza lol, so it was a bad experience we probably won't do again. But I didn't rate them low because they're usually great & if you live in Sycamore, it's the best pizza in town.“

“The portions are HUGE for what you pay for. It’s really good. The only thing I would say is use a little bit of seasoning. Salt and pepper and Tabasco only goes so far. BUT 100% going back either way. The vibe in there is so quiet so peaceful. When it’s crowded it’s a lively energy. Waitress is super sweet the lady at the check out counter helped me find what kind of coffee they have there my husband loved it. “Briana's pancake house is a very nice addition to Elburn. All of the food we've ordered here has been very tasty. My go-to order is the Popeye skillet, and my husband loves the Incredible Hulk omelet. Food comes out hot, tasty, and good portions. Pancakes, crepes, eggs benedict, and steak skillet are also nice options. The hollandaise sauce is very good!“

“If you want food that is delicious and more than enough in quantity, please go to Parkway restaurant. All ages are very welcome. We have been going to Parkway for decades. Also, you can dine in or use their curbside pickup. We have done both. ENJOY!!“

“I eat a lot of barbecue. I mean a lot and travel a lot everywhere I travel I have barbecue. The closest place to here in the Midwest that has comparable barbecue in my opinion is Tennessee. It's so awesome! We are driving 1 and 1/2 hours each way just to eat this weekend You will not be disappointed“
