“We recently dined at Trio Grill and had a great meal! The food was fantastic, with my wife enjoying the fish tacos and me loving the buffalo chicken wings. Both dishes were delicious!

However, reason for the 4 star service and 4 star atmosphere, we had a $10 off gift certificate that the restaurant refused to honor, claiming it had expired, even though the ticket did not specify an expiration date. In fact, the certificate even said, 'Does not Expire.' They compensated us with free desserts, which, while generous, seemed counterintuitive since the desserts were valued higher than the $10 discount.

The atmosphere was quite dark, and the slot machines making a lot of noise. Making it difficult to fully enjoy the surroundings. After our meal, we had to wait over 25 minutes for the waitress to bring our bill, which was a bit frustrating, but nothing extreme.
