I was not impressed at!!!!!!+ I was told the wait was so long because of how they drop everything to order..... sat an waited 20-25 mins for food that taste like its been sitting under a heating lamp..... chicken was drenched in sauce to the point I could barely hold it... with only 2 napkins....... potato or chicken was nothing like the pics seen on fb ......smh a waste of 25 bucks man... I won't be back ever

Ate here the other night. Took 15 mins to get someone to take our drink order. Then had to ask for refills individually for everyone at the table. Had to ask for eating utensils. Had to ask for straws. Had to go find our own napkins. The food was mediocre. The wait on the food was was pretty unacceptable considering there was maybe 2 other tables of people there. The servers was nice and I like they have games that you can play at the table. But point blank they need to retrain the host and the waitresses. 2 different tables got up and left due to orders taking so long. I probably won't go back until I hear of some better services at this establishment.

We waited 20 minutes for our waiter to even get our drinks. It took almost hour for us to get our food, and when we did, it was terrible! It looked nothing like the pictures, and everything seemed old and frozen. The shrimp made my girlfriends stomach and chest hurt immediately. We ended up getting everything free and the manager wouldn't even show their face. I do not recommend. Plus the inside looked like a 5 year old designed it. I mean really should this place be open??

Our food was great! The wait was a little longer than usual but when it is explained how fresh the meat is, and they do everything theirselves it is well worth it. Not your typical atmosphere for a bar & grill in So ILL but it was nice to try something new. The wings were absolutely fantastic!

I was pretty excited to eat here. Unfortunately, I would give 0 stars if I could. I called inquiring about the menu and got hung up on. Then I call back with my order, granted it was a large order, but I was expecting to wait some time. I was told 20-30 minutes, but the wait time ended up being close to AN HOUR AND A HALF.It would’ve been no problem to wait if the food had been worth it, but the wings were not good. The boneless wings were so dry, very hard to eat, and the sauce is seriously lacking. I will never eat here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Ordered for carryout and was immensely disappointed. Average wait time and friendly service, but the food is definitely lacking. The boneless wings were very very dry. Like I usually don't need a drink while I eat and this was like knitting a sweater in my mouth. The sauce (yum yum) had almost no flavor. If the wings were not chicken flavored cotton, it would be pretty decent with some seasoning. The fries were regular crinkle cut with nacho cheese and some seasoning. They were pretty alright. Overall not bad for the price, but they have serious work to do on cooking.

Wings were tiny and unbelievably dry. If I had to choose between eating these wings or McDonald’s chicken nuggets, I’d pick the chicken nuggets. If I had to choose between these wings or a loaf of white bread, it’d be a little harder to decide but ultimately I’d probably choose the bread, at least it would be possible to chew.This restaurant is only “Lord” of the Wings in a world where no other restaurants exist, because any fast food wings would be better than these.Do not recommend.

Very bland, almost flavorless, thank you for the veteran's day discount, I really do appreciate that. BTW, we bought 3 flavors that day, 2 of 3 was pretty much like plain wings, the BBQ ones was good, lemon pepper bland, and tajin was plain.

Best wings I have ever eaten. They are new and working out the kinks every new business has so I pray customers will cut them slack because the wings are worth it! Great staff!

I only gave 3 stars due to efficiency. I know they are new, but it takes them a LONG time to get orders out to customers. As well as delivery drivers have had to sit and wait on orders for 45mins+. So if you are going to order, I recommend call ahead and give plenty of time. This definitely not a place to stop by, expecting to order and be out in just a few minutes. Same goes with delivery orders through Delivery Apps. Know its not the drivers taking so long but the business getting the food out to the drivers.
