The food is great. The employees appear to not fully care so much about being presentable.Parking: It is in a shopping center, but there always seems to be plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp next to the door.
New ordering service is awful. What should of been a easy task was full of answers like umm and uhh and I don't know. That's not acceptable. It sounded like the staff wasn't properly trained and didn't have the slightest clue as to what they was doing. I made a special stop on my way home because the marion, Illinois location is the closest to my home almost 25 Mike's away. If this kind of service continues you can count out my patronage. Spent over $50 for carry out...pizzas were burnt..cookie was burnt. We order from here a lot but might wanna start looking elsewhere..tired of getting burnt food as this isn't the first time this has happened!
