I had placed an order online on a Saturday night and I guess they were busy that night because it took them past the time they had estimated it to be done online. I had to wait an additional half an hour. The pizza was hot but it was ok pizza maybe slightly expensive for the quality of pizza you receive.

I once loved Papa John's, but stopped going there after a bad experience. Fast-forward 10 years, and tonight I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Went to pick up the food, and was shocked by how filthy and run-down the inside was. Dust and dirt everywhere, every surface was sticky. My food wasn't ready and ended up being 15 minutes late. Got home, and the breadsticks were literally burnt, and the pizza just tasted really bad. I ordered 2 garlic sauces, but received 2 pizza sauces. I regret ordering there, and I won't make that mistake again.

They got the order wrong. Spoke to the manager who looked it up in their system. He saw where and what I had ordered but refused to compensate saying I'd waited too long to call about it. I'll never go back.

I ordered a pizza, desert and 2-liter. The store did not have Starry soda that I ordered so instead of calling they just sent me a 7UP. The pizza was soggy and undercooked. It was a waste of $30

Gave me a pizza with the garlic cups upside down and open. They leaked all over my suit and car seats. One visit to this store cost me $1,000+ in damages. The manager is useless and said there's nothing he can do.

I ordered 3 large pizzas for coworkers one day early. Asked for it to be delivered by 11:30, and the lady said they open at 11 so earliest is 11:45. I said ok can you guarantee that or put it down for the FIRST delivery? She said yes. Next day 1150 and it wasn’t there. I called and the MANAGER proceeded to tell me I talked to a CALL CENTER because “corporate outsourced”. And SHE told me wrong. Then I explained it was for coworkers and at a specific time for lunch etc. it didn’t come for another HOUR. And no discount. He “said” the discount I had from the call center was better than “anything he could do” 0/10 do NOT recommend.
