“My husband and I visited from out of state, and this was one of our favorite eateries. The food ample, so we had leftovers, and the customer service, excellent.I would recommend to use an unscented sanitizing agent because Lysol isn't good for our lungs.“
“This restaurant is wonderful! The people are friendly and the food is great and you get plenty of it. The prices are reasonable. In a very comfortable atmosphere they make sure you get all that you need. We go here on a regular basis. One of our favorite restaurants.“
“Absolutely impressed with the food and staff that go way above and beyond their job description!!!! Was so kind enough to see me trying to get my elderly mother and two young kids inside when it's windy, raining and cold they came outside to help get her inside and helped her to the car after we were done with our meal. I 100% am very thankful that they are such kind people!!! Food was great and service was off the charts amazing! Will always go eat there from now on when we eat Mexican food.“
“Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Mattoon!!The food is great. Have never had any issues with any orders. Always comes out hot and to order.Staff are always very friendly and attentive.Love the patio on good weather days. When we do pickup orders, food is always ready when I arrive.Oh, and the salsa is AMAZING!!“
“BEST Mexican restaurant around! Not your "traditional" Mexican restaurant.Favs- Mr. Mexican, ground beef burrito with green chili, beef hard-shell tacos, cheese/onion enchilada, yellow cheese sauce, and of course their house salsa (you'll be tasting these for days, though- whew). Good sweet tea, too.Parking: Lots of parking in back and some in front.“
“The La Luna Loco was great. I have had the similar dish at other Mexican restaurants in Mattoon and Charleston. I liked it better here because the chicken was already cut into fajita size pieces, where at other places they give you the whole chicken breast. That made it easier to put into tortillas. We shared the fried ice cream and the fried cheesecake, both were delicious.“
