Update: I went again today to give this place another chance, same people working. They questioned me repeatedly what I wanted on my sandwich and laughed after I told them each time. When I got out to my car a worker, couldn't tell if it was a guy or girl had long bushy reddish hair, was motioning with his/her finger next to their head "crazy".Great food! Fast service! Only complaint is the workers act really childish, laugh and whisper to eachother about customers. The other night my husband walked in for a pickup order and they were calling eachother names and one of them said to the other he has autism. Just thought the conversation was highly inappropriate, not work related at all.

Placed an order for mobile pick up, the app stated it would be ready for pick up at 7:08, we went into the restaurant at 7:15 and we were told it was still being worked on. At 7:30 we still did not have our order that consisted of 2 sandwiches. The restaurant had one other customer in it and 4 employees all of which were just standing around. We finally received our food at 7:40 and the staff could careless that they were over 30 minutes late with the order and then find out one of the sandwiches had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and the other part of the order was never started.

I have no idea who my boyfriend spoke with tonight but that young man needs a raise! We ordered over a month ago and the order was incorrect, we just called to let them know and they told us to come in and get a free sub on them. We totally forgot until a month later. We explained we completely forgot about it and the young man assured us it was no issue, told us he would have it ready in 15 minutes! This was a nice breath of fresh air with such good customer service! Good job yall!

I highly recommend NOT going there or ordering from doordash from this location. Im a doordasher. I walked in to pick up an order, i waited 10 minutes for my order (all while my order was sitting behind the cashier the whole time and while they were making other orders) two people told me they were still making mine so i walked outside to have a cigarette. When I came back in and asked him how long on it they said oh it's right here. I said I've been waiting for 10 minutes for that order and they said I walked out apparently assuming I was just canceling the order and not coming back though they could see me in front of the store the whole time waiting. And then told me not to pick up any more orders from there. If they treat the door dashers this way I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers.

Owner hires snot nose kids that don't know how to follow customer request. Cutting a sandwich in half is such a hard thing to ocomidate. But I'm the bad guy because I got upset about having to make multiple requests.

#1: The food is good. I like the place, just not this one.#2: They cannot get orders right.Details: We ordered about $120 worth of sandwiches in July. Two sandwiches were wrong. Called, and got put in the "book" for two giant subs. Ok, mistakes happen. Wife goes in about two months later to get the subs. They mess it up again. One comes with cheese (thankfully not an allergy) and one is an entirely incorrect sandwich (a 3 instead of a 4). When I called again (not asking for or accepting any sort of recompense - I'm just not going back) the shift manager said "your wife watched us make the sandwiches...?" So it is my wife's job to know the sandwiches, what goes on them, and everything you are responsible for? Who's job is it to take orders and see they are filled correctly? Should I fill out a time sheet after I order as I clearly need to manage your employees?Again, I will go back to a JM, but not this one. Fingers crossed this is not indicative of every location; I have had satisfactory service at other locations, particularly Lakemoor and Lake Zurich.McHenry Jersey Mike's: A Sub Below.

I was over charged by 10 dollars. Which they did take care of it .I asked for no mushrooms on my subs, both had them . Beware to anyone who has allergies. Luckily we don't.
