“Absolutely love the smoothie bowls & smoothies. Love they offer kids sizes got my littles. Was a little disappointed as I learned I hadn’t been receiving points for the last 5+ visits since I was advised my staff it was already added. Owner explained today you need to add it at time of payment ?. Wish loyalty program was based on items too. Spent almost 50 today and only 1 punch.“

“My friend & I stopped in for the first time after a bike ride in Moraine Hills State Park as a “post peddle” treat.The choices are extensive so likely something on the menu for everyone. Staff were friendly & they beamed with pride as they answered our questions, so much so, I mistook them as the owners because it’s rare to see staff with such genuine pride in their workplace! Owner was there & he was kind & informative. A real friendly & up beat atmosphere.It was difficult to choose from all the offerings (which just means we will be back numerous times LOL) but my friend had the banana chocolate shake & I had the mango pineapple. Both were extremely delicious & filling while still being light & refreshing. I felt full but it didn’t sit heavily in the stomach.We will definitely be back!! It’s a perfect treat! My only suggestion would be to add a bit of color to the walls of the place.“

“After a failed attempt to another McHenry bakery, we stumbled upon this location to purchase conchas for my daughters school project. The facility was extremely clean and they offered a wide variety of items. My daughter picked out her items and the young man cashing us out struck up a conversation with her. She informed him they were for a school project she was working on about Mexico. He smiled and told her that he thought he might have something special for her project. He came back with little toothpick flags and a ring for her. His overall generosity is beyond appreciated. We will definitely be returning customers!“

“We ordered breakfast today and the food was pretty great! Everybody was very kind and the food came out quickly. I was surprised at how good the country steak and eggs came out! The music was a tad loud but it could have just been where we were sitting. Overall a pretty great little breakfast spot!“

“This place definitely deserves over 5 stars. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff, never a long wait, and there açaí bowls are top tier. I drove over an hour an half away for açaí bowls in libertyville. I happened to stumble across this place which is now only a 40 min drive. You guys have fresh fruit and definitely give what you pay for.“

“The Inside Scoop has the best Hot Fudge Sundaes in Crystal Lake! Although they have a variety of ice cream selections, I love the vanilla ice cream, it tastes homemade. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping in!“
