“I visited this Jamba Juice location for the first time on Saturday (I live an hour away from this location, and I have another closer to me). I ordered for pickup through my app. I made an error with my order, it was completely 100% my own fault, but the manager was so kind and fixed it for me, even though he didn't have to. Service was quick and my smoothie was exactly like what I'm used to at my usual Jamba location, but to go above and beyond when the mistake was completely my fault, that sticks with me.“
“I had been told to come check out this place since it's opening and tonight I found myself with nowhere to be for a bit and early enough to catch them before they closed. I spent a good deal of time deciding what I was going to order (because it all sounded amazing!) and the owner kept checking on me (but not in a pushy way) and I finally decided on the Cheeze burger and the berry smoothie. The first sip was perfection, and it only got better from there. I waited just 2 or 3 minutes more and my burger was ready. Spent a short time in conversation with the owner, and even before biting into the burger, I knew I'd be back as soon as my schedule allowed. Great customer service, phenomenal food and a calming, beautiful atmosphere. Don't sleep on this place, people! 10 out of 10.“
“I saw this place online through a search in the area for healthy foods. The physical place is very nice. The atmosphere is great too! The menu is much larger and diverse than you would expect from a small healthy food establishment. The food tasted great! I had the avocado toast, see pic. The only issue I had was that I received a single piece of GF bread with the avocado and egg on top for $16! I expected at least twice this for the price. This was definitely less food than I expected for the money! I suggest they reconsider the portion size for that much money. Otherwise, I really liked the place!“

I will say though as a frequenter, the portions seem to be getting lesser and lesser over time and the prices keep getting higher and higher. It’s almost ridiculous how expensive it is. But the food is tasty and there’s nothing else like it so I keep coming back. The workers are all very very kind though!“
“A well-needed casual cafe in Lake Forest outside of the typical Starbucks offerings. Great size, nice patio in the warmer months. Menu is pretty large. Coffee, smoothies, and pastries are fantastic (the cookies are quite decadent). Service is great - while you order at the counter, your food is brought to your table (and cleaned up afterwards)!My only gripe is that the entrees are pretty bland. Bagels are flavorless, sandwiches need more spreads/seasoning. It's like the don't use salt/butter or something.They are fine, but quite expensive for being mediocre. I guess you are paying for the service more than the food. 2 coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 1 pastry to share between my wife and I was close to $50 before tip...“

“I have visited this location multiple times and I am always greeted very well by the staff. I've tried the shakes and they are AMAZING!! It does not have a traditional protein powder taste that is bad, they are genuinely good! They have other options like coffees and teas that look great as well. The inside is well decorated and super cute. The only bad thing is their hours of operation are always changing so if you're planning on going, check out their Instagram to see what their hours that day is. “I went here yesterday on my drive home from Michigan because I wanted my mom to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe. There was only one employee working and it was around the lunch hour, so there were quite a few people standing in line, myself included. The employee name was Quentin. This young man did an outstanding job from greeting people to making smoothies and did it all by himself. He worked as quickly and efficiently as he could and did a great job. I was very impressed and didn’t mind waiting over 15 minutes for my food and smoothie. The young man definitely deserves a raise or some recognition from the company.“
“This place is all about timing and what employee you get. This time around was amazing. Was it because it was cold and most people aren't trying to eat ice cream? Maybe, but anyways it worked in my favor. Also, I just learned they have horchata and let me tell you something: horchata for the win! The horchata had the winning consistency, flavor, and sweetness to it. I'm excited I have another go to horchata place. The employee we got was super friendly and funny. She didn't rush us, answered our million and one questions and joked around with us. She even suggested ice cream combos. They have so many different flavors you just have to come back because they are pretty delicious. It gives the feel of homemade ice cream. I decided on the arroz ice cream. I absolutely love this flavor. They also serve snacks and tortas. It's more than just an ice cream shop.“

“This place is so awesome. I love taking the kids here. They have a bunch of different flavors to try. They have some ice creams that are milk/cream base and some that are water based. They also sell other foods and drinks here like walking taco in a bag and fresh fruit chamoy with tajin. They had baked goods for sale. I ordered the dragon fruit with was good and sweet. It's one of my favorites next to cucumber ice cream. I tried a new flavor that had passion fruit, mango, tropical mix. It was pretty good. The bright colors inside of the restaurant transports you to a tropical island somewhere, and makes you forget it's 40 degrees outside. The service is always so awesome here. If you see a flavor and are curious about it, they let you try it out. I would definitely recommend trying La Michoacana if you're in the area.“

“I basically went in, said "I don't know what I'm doing, but your ice cream is supposed to be awesome, so surprise me." And they did. Excellent ice cream, more the consistency of gelato, but WOW the flavors. I don't really care for "cookies and cream" ice cream, but theirs was SO GOOD. I will be back to dive deeper in the menu, I got a sundae and loved it. Kids got straight up ice cream in waffle cones, which were excellent. Can highly recommend the mango ice cream as well.“
