Great place to hang out with friends. We played bingo, it was a lot of fun. Food is very good, especially like their pizzas. Great selection of beer and drinks. We will definitely come back.

First, was sat at a high chair area when right next to one that was a lower sitting area but waitress ignore our request for lower sitting. Second, seems like everyone was looking at us because we were the only Asian family there eating. Third, food was ok but services were fair, so I’d tip as fair as my services and food. Dinner cost 69$ for the bill so I’d tip $7 because service and food wasn’t great.. I’d would have tip more if they would have seated us lower and pay more attentions to us when my waitress was next to us and I have to say “excuse me can you help us?” The waitress came out running out the restaurant returning our tips say “we need it more than her.” So we took it.. if she don’t want our money than why don’t she just give the food for free? A tip is a tip… don’t expect me to tip you more if you’re not up to par with your services and foods. Never once we were ask for a refill on our drinks. I wanna know if I was wrong on the tip???

Kiefs reef is a fun clean and friendly establishment. My family and I often come here and are treated like family. The service is amazing the food is great and the atmosphere is very inviting. The waitresses and staff are wonderful. Couldnt ask for a better home town bar and restaurant.

Best Fish Fry in the area! Really nice batter fried slender cod fillets. Fresh bread, nice potato pancakes with sour cream and apple sauce and all you can eat salad bar. Our server was fantastic. Was there for every empty drink, empty salad plate and when I needed more fish. Great service and the place was packed. There's a reason why this place is sooo crowded. I'll be back.Parking: You may need to park on the side of the street.

Some of the best wings in the Mchenry area. We have been on a kick of trying wings and have been disappointed until we found Kief's Reef. It was our first order, the wings were crisp, juicy and the sauces delicious. Only bit of improvement was the ranch we received was a bit on the watery side. Overall would highly recommend!
